with roasted orange paprika, carrot, fennel, parsley & chive flowers
Roast paprika in the oven, put the grill on and wait till the paprika gets darker, almost black. Take out of the oven and you will be able to remove the peel.
Chop carrot and fennel in really small pieces, also use 1 garlic clove to add taste. Drop all in a bowl.
Add spelt couscous above and keep pouring boiled water so it’s completely under.
Wait 2 min.
Add olive oil, lemon, balsamico, salt/pepper and stir the whole.
Add the chopped roasted paprika, parsley and chive flowers.
